How do I recover my notes?
If your notes were synced, sign in on the same account and refresh the app. If you still can’t find them, contact support with your account email.
Why is transcription inaccurate?
Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, microphone distance, and speech speed. Try recording in a quieter environment for best results.
How do I change my plan?
You can manage subscriptions from your account settings or the platform you used to purchase the app.
Can I use MemoVana offline?
